参选要求
REQUIREMENTS FOR
PARTICIPATION IN THE EVALUATION
自主品牌 BRAND TRADEMARK
拥有商标注册证书®或者TM;
如果是代理商则需要提供授权证书。
Must be an independent brand with a registered trademark (® or ™);
Agents/distributors must provide authorization certificates from the brand owner.
市售产品 LAUNCHED PRODUCTS
参选作品须满足在2025年5月之前上市销售(见注1);香水需要有备案登记,香氛需要有商品条形码。
Products must be commercially available before May 2025 (see Note 1); Perfumes must have product registration/filing; fragrances must have a valid barcode
合规产品COMPLIANT PRODUCTS
产品符合国家、行业标准及协会制定的团体标准(见注2);产品没有在政府、社会组织和公众中有过不良记录
Products must comply with national & industry standards and relevant association guidelines (see Note 2); No record of non-compliance or negative incidents reported by government agencies, social organizations, or the public.
注1:历届“金桂奖”获奖/入围作品不能再次报名本届“金桂奖”。
注2:液体香氛产品需要满足《T/CHCIA013-2023液体香氛》标准要求。
Note 1: Previous winners/nominees of the Golden Osmanthus Awards are ineligible for the 2025 awards.
Note 2: Liquid fragrances must meet the "T/CHCIA013-2023 Liquid Fragrance" standard.

费用说明
FEE DESCRIPTION
报名及评选
REGISTRATION AND EVALUATION
每个品牌最多可以报4个香气奖,2个外观奖(见注3)。每项的报名费用为300元,包含盲选物料费、运费等。
Each brand may submit up to 4 entries for Scent Awards and 2 entries for Design Awards (see Note 3). The registration fee is 300 RMB per entry, covering blind evaluation materials, shipping costs, etc.
入围及获奖
SHORTLISTED AND AWARDED
作品入围/获奖后,每个奖项将收取2000元的费用;该费用包含奖杯、证书制作费,参加颁奖典礼活动等。
For each shortlisted/awarded entry, a fee of 2,000 RMB will be charged, covering trophy production, certification costs, awards ceremony participation, etc.
注3:每个品牌拥有4次香气奖的报奖机会和2个外观奖的报奖机会,即合计6次报奖机会。
Note 3: Each brand has 4 submission opportunities for Scent Awards and 2 for Design Awards, totaling 6 submission opportunities.

Fragrance Award Evaluation Process
以隐去了作品的名称、品牌、外观等信息的“盲选”包装形式,对作品的香气进行评选。
网上报名成功⭢主办方寄送“盲选”包装⭢品牌方灌装参选作品并回寄⭢主办方审核并对作品进行编码⭢进行大赛的初评和终评⭢入围和获奖作品参加颁奖典礼
Products will be evaluated in "blind selection" packaging that conceals name, brand and appearance.

EVALUATION RESULTS
评分及排序 SCORING AND RANKING
“金桂奖”评选APP自动汇总各奖项作品得分,
由高自低依次排名。
The Golden Osmanthus Awards app automatically calculates and ranks entries for each award category from highest to lowest score.
审核与检验 REVIEW AND INSPECTION
理事会与监事会一同对入围和获奖作品进行验证,确保参选作品与市售产品一致,并排除涉嫌模仿抄袭的作品。
The Council and Supervisory Committee jointly verify shortlisted and winning entries to ensure they match commercially available products and eliminate any suspected of imitation or plagiarism.
违规作品处理
VIOLATION HANDLING MEASURES
如存在违规的作品,由金桂奖理事会核实后并取消资格,其排名之后的作品往前顺延。
The Golden Osmanthus Award Council will disqualify any non-compliant entries upon confirmation, with subsequent entries moving up in ranking accordingly.
荣誉授予
THE CONFERMENT OF HONOR
获奖/入围单位可以将“金桂奖”获奖标志用于其产品、包装、海报和宣传片中;获奖单位,在使用荣誉称号及标识进行宣传时,需注明获奖年份、届别。
Winners/shortlisted entrants may use the Golden Osmanthus Awards logo on products, packaging, posters and promotional materials. When using the honor for promotion, the award year and edition must be specified.
注意事项 THINGS TO NOTE
未经授权,获奖单位不得授权第三方使用获奖标志;对于获奖单位,如因管理不善导致发生重大质量问题等,造成不良社会影响时,奖项称号予以撤销,收回奖杯、奖牌和证书,禁止继续使用奖项称号。
Winners may not authorize third parties to use the award logo without permission. If award-winning companies fail to maintain quality standards due to poor management, resulting in significant negative social impact, the award title will be revoked. Trophies, medals, and certificates must be returned, and further use of the title is prohibited.
