GOA is China's first official daily chemical award, established to recognize outstanding fragrance and perfume works and brands.The Council serves as the supreme governing authority of the GOA.

Enhance the influence of the fragrance industry, popularize fragrance culture and knowledge, and lead the industry toward high-quality development.

拥有商标注册证书（^®或者^TM）；

如果是代理商则需要提供授权证书。

The brand must be independently owned and have a registered trademark (^® or ^™).

Agents or distributors must present an authorization letter from the brand owner.

参选作品须满足在2026年5月31日之前上市销售(香水备案时间) ^1*；

香水需要有备案登记，香氛需要有商品条形码。

Products must be commercially available before May 2025^1*

Perfumes must be registered or filed with the relevant authority; fragrances must carry a valid barcode.

产品符合国家、行业标准及协会制定的团体标准^{2 *}；产品没有在政府、社会组织和公众中有过不良记录。

Products must comply with national and industry standards, as well as the guidelines set by relevant associations ^2* .

They must not have any record of non-compliance or adverse reports from government bodies, industry organizations, or the general public.

^1* 历届“金桂奖”获奖/入围作品不能再次报名本届“金桂奖”。

^2* 液体香氛产品需要满足《T/CHCIA 013-2023 液体香氛》标准要求。

^1* Previous winners of the Golden Laurel Award are not eligible to re-enter the current edition of the award.

^2* Liquid fragrances must meet the "T/CHCIA013-2023 Liquid Fragrance" standard.

依据《金桂奖参选指南》提交作品信息和申报的奖项

According to the "GOLDEN OSMANTHUS AWARDS ENTRY GUIDE ", submit award entry information

获奖/入围单位可以将“金桂奖”获奖标志用于其产品、包装、海报和宣传片中；

获奖单位，在使用荣誉称号及标识进行宣传时，需注明获奖年份、届别。

The winning/shortlisted units may use the "golden laurel award" winning logo on their products, packaging, posters, and promotional materials.

When promoting the honorary title and logo, the winning units must indicate the year and edition of the award.

如存在违规的作品，由金桂奖理事会核实后并取消资格，其排名之后的作品往前顺延。

The GOA Council reserves the right to disqualify non-compliant entries upon verification. Rankings will be adjusted accordingly, with subsequent entries moving up.

未经授权，获奖单位不得授权第三方使用获奖标志；

获奖单位如因管理不善导致发生重大质量问题等，造成不良社会影响时，金桂奖理事会将撤销获奖单位的荣誉，并收回奖杯、奖牌和证书。

Without authorization, the winning units shall not grant third parties the right to use the winning logo.

If a winning unit, due to poor management, causes major quality issues or other incidents that lead to adverse social impact, the GOA Council will revoke the winning unit's honor and reclaim the trophy, medal, and certificate.
